Heather Scarlett Rose is a singer-songwriter, audio engineer and music producer in Austin, Texas.

As a solo artist, Heather has released two full albums, California in 2012 and Boundless in 2014. Heather’s former projects include Stealing Earth which released their single Smartest on the Street in 2011, and White Roses, which released their albums Take Back Your Mind (2010), Spark the Chain (2009) and White Roses (2008).

As a producer, Heather has worked with artists such as The Zamora Rose Project, Gold Band, and Bob Peterson in San Francisco, Gabriel Venegas in Austin and many more. She provides audio engineering services and artistic guidance. Heather has gone as far as co-written songs with artists to taking a step back and letting artists do their own thing. Her core producing beliefs are to do whatever serves the song best, which is always taken on a case by case basis.

Heather is also a music teacher. Her primary subjects are private voice and guitar lessons. However she has experience teaching ear training and music theory at the College of San Mateo in San Mateo California.

Heather is currently working on earning a second Bachelor’s Degree in Physics at the University of Texas at Austin and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Acoustical Engineering, specializing in communication systems, musical acoustics and psychoacoustics.
